A teaching philosophy is a self-reflective statement of one’s beliefs about teaching and learning. Writing a statement of teaching philosophy is a cornerstone of reflective and scholarly practice in teaching and learning.

Have the teachers, heads and the general public internalized the real spirit of curricular changes? What will be the nature of schooling in the coming decades? Are we going in the right direction?
What supports do our families, community and society in general fail to provide to our children?
